Delivery time is 2-10 days. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We will let you know by email or telephone about any back orders or other delays.
Standard Delivery
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in two (2) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
International Orders

Shipping internationally will be the actual cost to us and will be added prior to shipping. You will be a notified of the shipping cost before you are charged. You can then decide if you choose to proceed with your order.
Please allow 8-12 business days for delivery.
Please note that customs delays can occur and may add to delivery time.
Please note that some countries will impose duties and taxes for importing items. As the receiver, you will be responsible for any country specific duties, taxes or brokerage fees. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.
Free shipping offers only apply to orders delivered within the Continental United States.
Refused Shipments – If you refuse any shipments from Prairie Rose Boutique, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or brokerage charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Prairie Rose Boutique. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Returns
If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, just give us a call at (720) 212-1679 or drop us an email at info@shopprairieroseboutique.com within 30 days of ship date for a refund or an exchange (reimbursement is made by original payment method).
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please call us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Prairie Rose Boutique reserves the right to address and or deny any return based on the abuse of our return policy.
